Description:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will keep financial records, prepare reports, and update financial information. The specialist must be familiar with accounting procedures and should have experience with accounting software programs. The ideal candidate will be able to process business transactions and handle accounts payable, expense reports, receipts, and other financial matters. Proven accounting experience is required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven accounting/accounts payable
- Experience using NetSuite Preferred

Responsibilities:
- Enter weekly bills and apply payments
- Process payments via ACH, Wires, CC, Bank Draft, or NACHA file
- Vendor communication and relations
- Verify expense reports with various departments
- Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing
- Assisting the accounting team with audits, forecasts, and other fiscal planning
- Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records
- Reconciling monthly payables account balances
- Assisting other departments within Quility as needed for financial records and keeping records up to date
- Maintaining a virtual filing system
- Maintain W-9 forms for year-end
- Handling bookkeeping and following accounting best practices
