Responsibilities:

We are looking for an intern HR to join our team located in Turku shipyard - Finland
You will find below a job description of the main tasks:

Supporting our local managers with the HR Process: Year End performance mid-Year conversation

  • career discussion…
  • Change support for our managers & employees with regards to reorganization
  • Participating in the recruitment process: interview – sourcing – contractOnboarding of our new hires: health insurance registration set up of bank information in Concur explanation of vacation process
  • introduction of local benefits
  • Participation to employee Reps meeting: monthly basis
  • Learning & Development: working with the local managers and the employees to build a training plan and propose the right trainings
  • Career interviews (1o1)Local benefits: travel insurance
  • health insurance assessment
  • Support in payroll
  • Follow up of the flexi-time agreement
  • Improving the Finnish Handbook – new hire welcome guide
  • HR Statistics – for Employee Reps annual negotiation meeting
  • Follow up on the service anniversary etc
  • Support with Fam cruise requests (employee benefits)
