Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity to join the team at our Redbank office on a full-time basis as an administration assistant. You will oversee assisting the administration team and assisting their needs in a timely manner.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Basic to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
  • Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
  • Experience in Transport and logistics is highly regarded
  • Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting internal stakeholders, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls
  • Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Other tasks as directed
