Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity to join the team at our Redbank office on a full-time basis as an administration assistant. You will oversee assisting the administration team and assisting their needs in a timely manner.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Basic to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
- Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
- Experience in Transport and logistics is highly regarded
- Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations

- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting internal stakeholders, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls
- Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage customer expectations
- Other tasks as directed
