Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Scheduling and managing the required personnel and material resources to carry out measures
  • Creation of schedules and coordination of dates and workflows with the contracting companies involved and the contracting company manager
  • Participation in annual training courses on safety topics (every 3 years)
  • Training of staff, registration of staff, staff support
  • Assistance in the preparation of risk assessments
  • Monitoring the quality of execution, general quality standards and occupational safety at the place of service provision
  • Providing status information on work progress, staff levels and material inventory to the contract company manager
  • Contribute to improving the specifications
  • Assist in the preparation of the overall documentation
  • Maintaining Share Point documents
  • Preparation of documentation (e.g. analyses) and preparation of monthly and annual analyses
  • Taking on tasks and functions as a qualified person
  • Conducting specific training courses and maintaining training records
  • Link between Merck employees/companies and LOGOSYS service personnel
  • User communication (also in English if required)
  • Assistance in the investigation of accidents and violations
