Description:
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers, greeting clients, answering questions and assisting in creating a smooth and efficient environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Office Administration experience, at least one year.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Welcome patients and others by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries for location.
- Make patient appointment reminder calls for location.
- Maintain filing systems, pulling charts for following day appointments for location.
- Process incoming patient payments for location.
- Forward information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information for location.
- Monitor and maintain safe reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations for location.
- Maintain and organize front lobby and replenish patient snack area when needed for location.
- Perform various clerical functions.
- Communicate daily to Administrative Supervisor.
- Remain current and assist in maintaining office services by following office operations policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in relevant continuing education, in-service training to improve professional competency and monthly staff meetings.
- Maintain professional work conduct and ethical confidentiality.
- Perform other related work as required or assigned.
