The Turnaround Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Turnaround Management and Inspection Teams. This individual will have the opportunity to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Create, organize, and maintain turnaround event work packs
- Support planner onboarding and training
- Develop and update turnaround manuals
- Support controls team during turnaround
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as necessary
- Support the Nutrien Inspection team
- Complete Visions updates post turnaround
- Complete weekly reports timely and accurately
- Create and maintain necessary tracking/coordination spreadsheets
- Schedule department events, conference facilities, daily/weekly/monthly department meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
- Participate and support the site wide administrative team
- Backup for fellow Administrative Assistants as required
- Work with confidential information while maintaining a high degree of discretion
- Perform other related duties, within your scope of practice, to help drive towards Nutrien’s mission of “Feeding the Future”
