Description:
THE POSITION
Boost your administrative career by becoming a part of the Department of Transportation! In this role, you will lead and guide efforts to support the Bureau of Support Services. You will manage the fee accounting section and oversee three units, ensuring everything runs smoothly. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will oversee the fee accounting section, supervising three distinct units which include, driver license fee accounting, motor vehicle fee accounting, and the processing of refunds and returned checks. Each of these units plays a crucial role in the collection, reporting, transfer, and reconciliation of financial information pertaining to revenue generated by Driver and Vehicle Services.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all financial data is accurately managed and reported, facilitating smooth operations within each unit. This oversight is essential for maintaining the integrity of the financial processes associated with driver and vehicle-related fees. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, thereby enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial operations.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor’s degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
