The purpose of the Blackmores Group Naturopathic Advisory team is to provide trusted and reliable support for the general public, retail partners and healthcare professionals in relation to our portfolio of products. This support is provided in a manner which aligns with the position of the Blackmores Group as a leading authority on natural health. The Blackmores Group Naturopathic Advisory team provides first class customer support across a range of different communication touchpoints.
Please note that this role is a 12 month fixed term cover reporting to an Advisory Manager.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Respond to enquiries for key Blackmores Group brands for both Australia and New Zealand, including Blackmores, BioCeuticals Professional, BioCeuticals Clinical, and Infant Nutrition.
- Provide trusted, holistic and reliable health and product advice for healthcare professionals, consumers and other customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide technical information, clinical support, and product advice for retail partners and health care professionals via phone, email, and live chat.
- Tailor technical advice by brand and by customer type as required, aligned to team guidelines.
- Respond to emails from website and professional sites as required.
- Review and post responses to online community forums and as directed by digital team and/or digital partner agencies (e.g.: on social media).
- Document all interactions in CRM system(s).
- Ensure resolution of customer enquiries and issues in conjunction with customer service team.
- Create pharmacovigilance (PV) cases as required, and support our Product Safety team as requested in investigating these cases.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, statutory, and corporate requirements (e.g.: TGA regulations, Blackmores Group SOPs, and industry position statements)
- Develop customer relationships through utilisation of effective telephone skills, communication skills, and etiquette.Contribute relevant material to Product Information pages stored in Blackmores Group databases (e.g.: Confluence).Develop and maintain relationships with relevant departments (e.g.: Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Brand Marketing, Product Development, Product Safety, Education) to ensure smooth flow of updates and communication.
