AI Solutions UX Designer (f/m/d)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated AI Solutions UX Designer (f/m/d) who can ensure all of our solution implementation at customers, partners and clients have state-of-the-art user experience and are built to maximize end user productivity.

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers, key and end users, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement usable and effective solutions for the solutions’ usability, visuals, and overall user experience.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and create elegant solutions that enhance the user experience.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Ensure that the final design meets both user needs and business goals and is aligned with the overall product strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
