SENIOR ARCHITECT FOR AMAZON CONNECT SOLUTIONS
Overview: We are looking for a talented Senior Architect specializing in Amazon Connect to spearhead the development and deployment of sophisticated contact center solutions for our clients. In this critical role, you will design and implement resilient contact center architectures utilizing Amazon Connect and a wide array of AWS services. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and a dedicated team of AWS engineers, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Architect specializing in Amazon Connect, with a successful history of implementing contact center solutions.
- Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and system architecture.
- Experience with AWS CDK for infrastructure automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of technical professionals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant AWS and Amazon Connect certifications.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to contact centers.
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AWS engineers in designing, building, and executing advanced contact center solutions.
- Architectural Design: Create and manage the overall architecture of contact center solutions, focusing on maximizing performance, scalability, and security.
- AWS Proficiency: Apply extensive knowledge of AWS services (such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) to construct cohesive contact center solutions.
- Expertise in Amazon Connect: Exhibit profound understanding of Amazon Connect features, including contact flows, agent interfaces, routing mechanisms, analytics, and integration capabilities.
- CDK Expertise: Implement AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) to automate infrastructure deployment efficiently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, establishing robust relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze and tackle complex technical issues, delivering creative solutions and workarounds.
- Adherence to Best Practices: Follow AWS best practices and security guidelines to ensure our solutions are reliable and compliant.
- Ongoing Learning: Remain informed about the latest trends and advancements in contact center technologies and AWS offerings.
