OVERVIEW

InCrowd, a brand of Apollo Intelligence, provides agile market research capabilities in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. The Analyst, Access Team role is pivotal as the primary point of contact for clients, offering technology and research support. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, client management, and analytical skills to ensure the successful delivery of research projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience designing and executing survey-based market research projects, preferably in a health or life sciences-related space.
  • Experience working with one or more survey engines (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
  • Excellent business communication skills; capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex issues creatively and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development, particularly in new research methodologies and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support client-led quantitative survey research projects through the entire project lifecycle, including sample design, questionnaire development, survey programming, fielding, and data analysis.
  • Manage a high volume of client questions and troubleshooting requests by communicating clearly, promptly, and professionally via email and phone/video calls.
  • Leverage a diverse array of internal technologies and systems to solve clients’ problems and improve the company’s product offerings.
  • Demonstrate InCrowd’s agile research technologies for prospective users; train new users to use those technologies to answer key business questions.
  • Proactively monitor user activity to drive engagement with the InCrowd platform and identify and solve problems before they occur.
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the company.
  • Assist in developing and refining survey methodologies and tools, ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support clients’ strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to provide user feedback and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the platform.
