Description:
POSITION SUMMARY…
The Acquisition and Account Analyst, WFS will drive business development and account management activities and work as a key stakeholder in the growth of the WFS ecosystem. This role is critical for our start-up journey and will involve working closely with existing and new seller partners. This role will support the sellers’ onboarding and transaction experience, along with being responsible for growing their business with WFS.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of experience in a similar capacity/ position
- Strong interpersonal skills, time management, problem solving skills
- Strong skill set with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Account management, e-Commerce and/or retail experience is preferred

Responsibilities:
1)Manage WFS accounts and drive business growth across a wide portfolio of sellers. Drive regular business reviews with top sellers.
2)Identify and target sellers that will help us achieve our WFS strategy.
3)Ensure a smooth and complete onboarding of sellers on to the WFS platform, including assistance with item setup, offer content, PO creation and inbounding at WFS FCs.
4)Monitor and report on the business KPIs, including GMV and other seller performance metrics.
5)Continuously check for inbounded items being live on site, regular coordination with the FC teams for inbounding issues.
6)Be a great team player and collaborate across multiple teams to find solutions to seller problems.
