What does an Analyst, HR Centralized Services at Swire Coca-Cola do?
The Analyst, HR Centralized Services owns Dayforce cases and corrections, serves as the point of escalation for HR Coordinators, performs audits, administers programs, owns data and reporting, owns implementation of identified improvements to efficiencies, services, levels, and gaps.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • 2+ years experience supporting a Human Resources Information System
  • 2+ years experience in a multi-state organization with 5,000 or more employees
  • Excellent understanding of HRIS’ and the ability to quickly learn a new system
  • Good understanding of unemployment claim processes and best practices
  • Good understanding of drug and alcohol testing processes and best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Owns and takes the lead on all cases and corrections in Dayforce and other similar HR tools and systems
  • Regularly completes routine audits of data and information, ensuring accuracy and identifying needed improvements to processes
  • Manages data and produces reporting that assists with ensuring excellent service levels and identifying patterns or problems
  • Triages Dovetail cases and ensures SLAs are met
  • Works closely with the Sr. Manager, HR Centralized Services and serves as the lead in implementing improvements to various centralized HR processes and systems
  • Continually looks for and communications identified issues to various centralized HR services, helping to ensure a high level delivery of service
  • Supports various drug testing processes and serves as a secondary Designated Employer Representative
  • Takes lead on supporting identified Tier 0 tools and systems, ensuring the are continually updated and meeting our employees’ needs
  • Serves as the point of escalation to the HR Coordinator team for matters relating to unemployment claims, random drug tests, verifications of employment, and employee questions or concerns
  • Serves as back-up to HR Coordinators by answering Employee Services Help Line calls and performing other job tasks as needed
