Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As a Lumen Analyst I, you will be an entry-level professional using and/or applying basic principles, theories, and concepts.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interface with cross functional teams
  • Evaluate relocation requests for fiber and copper facilities from DOT, City, County, and other agencies.
  • Compare the received information with Inventory records to detect any potential conflicts with the LUMEN network.
  • Gather information, respond to the requestor properly, create the project in an internal program, and distribute it to internal field stakeholders for their review and completion.
  • Provide updates based on new information as projects progress.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed
