Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Finance or related.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English necessary for effective business communication and the ability to work closely with non-technical users.
  • At least 2 years of related business experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com in a business support or analyst role.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce.com to meet business needs.
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience in project management

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The business process analyst is responsible for providing support to business users across the Invoice-to-Cash organization to maximize their use of technologies with an emphasis on the Salesforce.com platform. This role focuses on ensuring users can effectively leverage platforms to meet business goals, enhancing productivity and efficiency. The business process analyst will also help identify opportunities for process improvements, assist with system enhancements, and support the integration of technologies into everyday business operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of business-driven Salesforce.com projects, including new feature rollouts, system integrations, and process improvements.
  • Participate in testing and validation efforts to ensure new features and changes meet business requirements before deployment.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure that system changes align with business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business users needing assistance with Salesforce.com.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, helping them navigate the system and optimize their workflows.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for using Salesforce.com features, ensuring users can fully utilize the platform’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improving processes within Salesforce.
  • Customize Salesforce.com to meet the specific needs of various business units, including the creation of custom reports, dashboards, and automated workflows.
  • Support business users in the development and implementation of new Salesforce.com features that drive business value.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into business performance and identify trends or opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for business users, ensuring they are confident in using Salesforce.com.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly documentation, including step-by-step guides and troubleshooting FAQs tailored to business processes.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce.com updates and communicate relevant changes or enhancements to the user base.
