THE INTERN’S DUTIES

The Private Investments department is looking for someone who is passionate about financial markets and ready to contribute to a variety of projects in close collaboration with portfolio managers and analysts. This high-level co-op/internship will allow you to grow at your own pace and to your full potential.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

• Support managers and analysts in investment decisions.
• Be involved in the selection of managers for private investments.
• Create portfolio management tools.
• Participate in numerous meetings about various asset sectors with your team and other Intact Investment Management teams.
• Monitor the private investment portfolio and its different asset classes:
• Infrastructure and real estate
• Private debt
• Structured products
• And several others
• Meet with external managers to monitor the private investment portfolio and seek out new investment opportunities.
• Learn to use various software (Bloomberg, Datastream) and the programming language.
• Contribute to various special projects.
