Description:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DECISION OWNERSHIP

  • Senior relationship management (Vodafone Business – VBI, VCS, IoT Lines of Business , Local markets - VBU and VBTS, Product Practices, VB Service Operations, VB Product Management during pre-sales and delivery phase, C-level Enterprise Customers)
  • Ensure Solution & Service design including sign-off from Delivery and Operations units and then subsequent delivery to time, quality and budget for complex Vodafone Business customer opportunities
  • Business Demand Capture for regional Vodafone Business customer opportunities with regard to Sell, Build and Run (FTEs, network capacity, budget) and prioritisation of work if required.
  • Delivering a consistent service for internal and external stakeholders, encouraging best practice sharing and operating an effective resourcing model while accounting for specific regional requirements.
  • Be accountable for the overall performance of the region against regional Sales target and contractual customer commitments.

CORE COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of experienced individuals focused on delivering to customer satisfaction
  • Successful record of managing complex Programmes/Projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communications skills and established team player with well-developed influence and relationship management skills (spanning multiple senior stakeholders, with a range of cultural backgrounds).
  • Ability to manage from a distance, resources who work for other organisations in a highly matrixed global organisation.
  • Experience of the sales & delivery cycle, finance and commercial functions to ensure the global and regional technology strategy is aligned with regional sales strategy

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience (10+ years) with demonstrated ability to delight internal and external customers and manage Senior Stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in, and knowledge of ICT & telecoms services, applying this expertise in a customer-focused way
  • Excellent communication skills including presenting & negotiation up to C Level audiences
  • Educated to technical degree/masters level.
  • Project- and/or Programme Management qualification (PMP, IPMA, MSP etc.) and Service Management qualification (ITIL Foundation etc.) advantageous for position.
  • Experience and/or certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM master) advantageous for position.
  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
