Description:

Cognizant is recruiting an Application Support Specialist, and the full-time role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
As an Application Support Specialist, you will work closely with data and product owners to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality ICT products that meet data requirements and demanding business needs in this rapidly changing digital landscape. This includes aligning the data collected by each digital product with company data policy.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

  • Manage end-to-end product delivery from strategic planning to tactical activities, including undertaking the necessary transformational and change management efforts to ensure successful implementation
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing and sign-off
  • Perform system testing for quality assurance
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Having experience in the heritage domain would be an added advantage and skilled in the implementation and maintenance of interactive and immersive technologies

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing data, IT application and infrastructure development projects, and maintaining web-based technologies. You will also need to be driven by innovation to achieve business objectives and satisfied customers. In addition, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
