Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users.
  • prior experience or understanding of running SQL queries and analyzing SQL query output
  • Must be familiar and comfortable with chats written communication to be strong
  • Must be able to understand access issues compare two users to find out missing access and grant access
    Schedule - Should be open for shifts Monday to Sunday between 7am-10pm US Central Time)

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reproduce the bug reported by end user
  • Use internal tools to gather additional information such as exception messages
  • Troubleshoot the issue with the additional information
  • Document the findings in the ticket in a structured manner
  • Review knowledge articles old tasks with similar errors review workplace posts to seek potential solutions
  • Resolve if a solution is found
  • Escalate to corresponding on call based on the issue
  • Should be able to manually correlate bug reports and merge similar bugs into one parent ticket
  • Should have prior experience or understanding of running SQL queries and analyzing SQL query output
  • Based on SQL query outputs able to isolate the issue then determine the priority of the issue and decide on next steps
  • Must be familiar and comfortable with chats written communication to be strong
  • Provide general triage support for a wide variety of technical issues and bug reports
  • Act as the primary liaisons and first responders for bug reports
