Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exhibit good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and end-users.
- prior experience or understanding of running SQL queries and analyzing SQL query output
- Must be familiar and comfortable with chats written communication to be strong
- Must be able to understand access issues compare two users to find out missing access and grant access
Schedule - Should be open for shifts Monday to Sunday between 7am-10pm US Central Time)
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reproduce the bug reported by end user
- Use internal tools to gather additional information such as exception messages
- Troubleshoot the issue with the additional information
- Document the findings in the ticket in a structured manner
- Review knowledge articles old tasks with similar errors review workplace posts to seek potential solutions
- Resolve if a solution is found
- Escalate to corresponding on call based on the issue
- Should be able to manually correlate bug reports and merge similar bugs into one parent ticket
- Should have prior experience or understanding of running SQL queries and analyzing SQL query output
- Based on SQL query outputs able to isolate the issue then determine the priority of the issue and decide on next steps
- Must be familiar and comfortable with chats written communication to be strong
- Provide general triage support for a wide variety of technical issues and bug reports
- Act as the primary liaisons and first responders for bug reports
