We are now looking for a new Area Manager for our Installation business in Icopal Katto Oy.
Icopal Katto Oy is part of BMI Group. The organisation focuses on operations and project implementation with a local presence. We operate on several locations in Finland which are run by the area managers. We have over 200 employees. Icopal Katto Oy always wants to be the best supplier of roofing solutions in Finland. The Area Manager is responsible for developing the business in the capital area in line with the market and customer needs. The Area Manager is responsible for achieving operational and performance targets in your area of responsibility in line with the company’s strategy, budget and other management guidelines.
The Area Manager is reporting directly to the business director of Icopal Katto Oy in Finland. You are a senior member of staff and you will work out from our office in Vantaa.
Responsibilities:
- Business planning, monitoring and reporting
- Responsibility for sales, implementation and performance
- People responsibility for a team of approximately 70 employees
- Responsible for Health and Safety
- Procurement and investments
- Responsible for maintaining good relations with customers, authorities and other relevant parties
- Responsible for the prompt and fair handling of complaints
- Responsible for developing and improving the operational activities in the region, looking for new ways of working and new models
