ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
• Working With Children Check (DHS)
• Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.

Under general direction, the incumbent is required to provide administrative, secretarial and reception services for Engineering Services. Administration support includes maintenance of leave and time sheet records, staff files and Quality records requiring in-depth knowledge of computer applications and use, including programmes. Secretarial support includes typing of reports, letters, and general correspondence, maintenance of files, and first point contact for enquiries.
