Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

An exciting opportunity has become available within the Asset Services department. EMEA Asset Services department are responsible for corporate action event types relating to equity and debt products.
Dublin Asset Services is a globally aligned function reporting to the Global Head of Asset Services. The department works closely with colleagues in London, US, and Asia Asset Services. The Event Capture and Notifications team is strategically aligned within the department to provide accurate and complete Corporate Action notifications for all European markets to Prime Broker, Trading and Swaps client base. The team works on the full front to back flow of the Notifications life cycle, and gains exposure to a wide range of markets and complex event types for the EMEA region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will collate and interpret information on corporate action events received from our agent banks and various feeds.
  • You will reconcile data and accurately process event notifications within agreed SLAs.
  • You will monitor incoming queries to ensure they are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
  • You will review team processes and identify focus areas for potential improvement.
  • You will maintain risk within the levels set by the management team.
  • You will liaise with and resolve asset servicing related queries for clients, internally and external.
