Description:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Accounting
  • Previous experience in an accounting role
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Desirable experience in Contpaq
  • Domains Excel
  • Advanced English

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly reports of results, monthly forecasts, annual operating plan.
  • Responsible for the activities related to accounting, for overall P&L management and Balance integrity
  • Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports Create journal entries to correct balances in the general ledger
  • Prepare the reconciliations of the asset and liabilities balances from one accounting period to the next, reconciling the General Ledger balances to the support documentation.
  • Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization’s assets
  • Support internal controls review: due diligence (Customers / Suppliers review before to update the system), credit limit for customers, control file, etc.
  • Actively prepares timely and accurate financial data to provide meaningful and insightful analysis to the Plant Manager and department leaders to support plant operations or objectives
  • Work closely with the FP&A team for any booking needs or corrections. Also join force to work out customer profitability process.
