Experience Required: 2+ years of treatment planning or management experience in dental practice required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two years’ experience with treatment planning or management in a dental setting
- Prior experience working in Orthodontics
- Tech savvy - experienced with relevant practice management software
- Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the office alongside the Office Manager while upholding a high-level of concierge patient care above all.
- Maintaining accuracy of information regarding patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding.
- Regularly collaborating with Office Manager for smooth daily operations.
- Present financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider’s treatment plan.
- Provide insight into the practice and support through direct reports, as needed
- Implementing policy changes as provided and maintaining compliance with mandated regulations.
