JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Strategize, plan and direct all the business aspects of the Agency distribution to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timelines
- Demonstrate strong relationship management skills with stakeholders and customers.
- Mixes directive and/or collaborative style of work ‘with and through’ Field Force to recruit & develop agents so that the 3 drivers of business – Activity, Productivity and Average Premium – are driven to achieve the desired objectives.
- Establishes and adheres to sales management processes
- Improvises the standards and procedures, which facilitate the effective, disciplined and consistent functioning of the Agency structure. Ensures that Agents are in full compliance with regulatory and company guidelines and ensure that all mandatory ‘online’ courses are completed with 95% participation.
- Communicates and ensures implementation of the Agent’s “Best Practices”
- Ensure that “sales practice quality program” of MetLife is implemented
- Understand and adhere to all Compliance requirements, including but not limited to, reporting of suspicious transactions, screening requirements, as applicable, and the retention of Company records; plus provide timely support and unrestricted access to information as well as attend all training requests from Compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- University Graduate preferably in marketing or business administration
- Life Insurance Sales and Management experience in excess of 10 years
- Fluency in English. Arabic would be an added advantage.
- Experience in multinational companies (desirable)
- Successful track record of having worked in challenging environments
