Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are seeing an increase in demand for ESG advisory services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Strengthen our position as a leader in ESG advisory services for business, finance, and infrastructure clients in the UK and across the European region;
- Continuously develop our ESG service offerings with practical and viable solutions for clients;
- Contribute to the delivery of our ambitious business plan - growing our share of the ESG advisory market by winning work with new/existing clients in the UK and across the European;
- Lead and deliver commercially successful projects that maintain the high-quality professional outputs that we are known for;
- Develop talent within the team through line management and mentoring and support the upskilling of our colleagues on climate change resilience and adaptation; and,
- You will be supported by your line manager with regular mentoring and in continuing your professional development.
As part of the Carbon & ESG leadership you will be expected to work collaboratively to lead and deliver a range of ESG, climate change, and sustainability projects for multi-national businesses and investors local, regional, and national governments, as well as supporting senior AECOM leaders in the wider Environment, Water and Energy end markets. We work from a range of our UK offices and are proud to have our Freedom to Grow programme which supports flexible working.
