Description:

QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, with a focus on change management.

  • Familiarity with engineering change management systems

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation.
  • Experience in engineering document management, QMS, and fixture design.
  • Experience in Product Life Management (PLM) application such as Teamcenter, Visualization applications such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Project Management:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
