JOB DESCRIPTION

Deutsch:

• Unterstützung und Übernahme der lfd. Buchführung und Reporting, Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschluss nach lokalem Recht und USGAAP im Urlaubs-, Krankheits – grundsätzlicher Abwesenheit der Hauptverantwortlichen
• Umsatzsteuerverantwortung der Organgesellschaften einschließlich Jahressteuererklärungen
• Einkommensteuerverantwortlicher der Organgesellschaften nach lokalem und USGAAP
• Quartalsweise Steuer-Reporting der Organgesellschaften an das Mutterhaus
• Ansprechpartner sämtlicher Steuerangelegenheiten
• Monatliche Analysen
• Ansprechpartner für Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfer
• Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten wie Betriebsprüfung, EDV-Einführungen
• Statistik und Berichtswesen
• Cash Pool Forecast mit entsprechenden Abweichungsanalysen

English:

• Support and takeover of ongoing bookkeeping and reporting, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to local law and US GAAP in the absence of the main responsible person due to vacation, illness, etc.
• VAT responsibility of the tax group companies including annual tax returns
• Income tax responsibility for the tax group companies in accordance with local and US GAAP
• Quarterly tax reporting of the controlled companies to the parent company
• Contact person for all tax matters
• Monthly analyses
• Contact person for auditors and tax auditors
• Collaboration and management of projects such as tax audits, IT implementations
• Statistics and reporting
• Cash pool forecast with corresponding deviation analyses

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION

Deutsch:

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Buchhaltung
• English in Wort und Schrift
• Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse
• Erfahrung in Umgang mit ERP Systemen

English:

• Very good knowledge in the field of accounting
• Written and spoken English
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience in working with ERP systems
