Responsibilities:
A fantastic opportunity has now arisen in our Court of Protection department. We are looking to expand and are seeking to recruit an Associate Court of Protection Solicitor, to join the team.
Focusing on the safeguarding and support of vulnerable people, the team offers advice on various Court of Protection issues, with a particular emphasis on protecting and supporting vulnerable individuals. They assist their clients in managing their property and financial affairs.
The team deals with a substantial number of clients who have been appointed as deputies, handling their financial matters. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with partners and the rest of the team to oversee a varied caseload.
