Associate, Total Rewards
Job Description
The Associate, Total Rewards is responsible for supporting Concentrix Total Rewards strategy by assisting with evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.
- Assist with analyzing and implementing the organization’s compensation programs including, but not limited to, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, sales compensation, deferred compensation, or compensation technology and tools
- Assist with analyzing and implementing the organization’s benefit programs including, but not limited to, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, executive benefit programs, local allowances, voluntary benefit programs, discount programs or benefit technology and tools
- Gather, maintain, analyze, and report on various types of total rewards information and data to assist management in effective decision making
- Assists with design, testing and implementation and ongoing file management of the total rewards programs and processes
- Assists with requests for information by local authorities or total rewards plan administrators
- Collaborate with team members to review proposed total rewards adjustments for compliance/adherence to established guidelines, policies, and practices
- Follow trends, changes in legislation/regulation, and/or advancements in technology and assist with execution of changes and improvements
- May assist with participation and analysis of global or local total rewards surveys
