WORK EXPERIENCE / PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8-10 years’ experience in marketing / events/ strategy / communications or equivalent
  • Experience in fast-paced business environments
  • Strong project management with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience crafting and executing high-impact communication strategies and delivering customer events

Responsibilities:

You will be an integral part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services unit and will work directly with the Global Head of Audience Experience & Engagement on multiple high-level customer and employee experience and strategic topics. This is a senior role where you will have E2E responsibility for delivering consistent and impactful messaging and strategic initiatives that contribute to our unit’s success.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Advocacy: Develop and nurture a vibrant community for SAP customers, partners, and industry experts. Facilitate continuous dialogue, best practice sharing, and collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Tailor communication strategies to resonate with diverse regional audiences. Adapt messaging and initiatives to local market dynamics while maintaining global alignment.
  • Executive Advocacy and Thought Leadership: Craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for executive leadership. Drive initiatives that showcase executive thought leadership and strategic insights. Develop and share insightful content that positions our unit’s leaders as industry authorities. Drive content strategy to influence market perceptions and trends.
  • Employee Experience: Foster a positive and informed employee experience through impactful internal communications. Align internal messaging with organizational goals and values.
  • Change Management: Lead communication efforts for change initiatives, ensuring clarity, fostering buy-in, and facilitating smooth adoption among stakeholders.
  • Safeguard Brand Integrity: Uphold established brand guidelines and ensure all communications adhere to company-wide marketing policies. Maintain consistency in messaging and brand representation across the unit.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead and execute strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer and employee engagement and satisfaction. Drive initiatives that align with overarching business objectives.
