We have a great vacancy in our Bedford Bakery for an addtional Production Manager. Managing a team of Shift Managers to ensure operational targets are achieved in respect of output, productivity, quality, waste and costs while ensuring a healthy & safe working environment and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Working closely with internal stakeholders and building strong and credible relationships is essential, along with ensuring that the site is legally compliant, all products are delivered to specification and the teams are highly engaged with the right tools to do their job.
