Description:

Stinson LLP seeks a highly motivated associate with two or more years of experience in bankruptcy to join our Kansas City, Missouri office. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Qualifications Required: Active Missouri licensure or the ability to waive in to practice in Missouri is required. Two or more years of bankruptcy/creditors’ rights experience or relevant experience is preferred. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required.
