Job Description
As bar manager at Park Hotel Kenmare, you will oversee all aspects of our luxurious bar operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience. You will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety and contribute to the overall profitability of the bar. Your creativity, leadership and attention to detail will be key in maintaining our reputation as a premier destination for sophisticated drinks and an elegant atmosphere.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

• Maintain a welcoming and upscale atmosphere for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Develop and promote seasonal and signature cocktails, aligning with current trends and guest preferences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end bar.
• Proven track record of managing a successful bar operation, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
• Cocktail/ mixology experience is preferred.
• Whiskey knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
