This position is located at our (corporate office / property XXXXX) in (Place), (Country).
Overview:
The Beauty Coordinator involves a role in the retail department with a product portfolio including skincare, fragrances, candles, diffusers etc. The products are sold and distributed to Aman hotels, global retail distributors, high end retailers and airlines. On an everyday basis the team manages new product development, compliance, supply chain, order processing and distribution and customer care. The Beauty Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Director, Operations Manager and Sales Director at all these stages supporting a seamless operation.
This position is based in our corporate office in London.
Responsibilities:
- Process Customer orders: data entry and customer communication.
- Admin support for example but not limited to customer/supplier/3PL correspondence, compliance, forms, filing, shipping and trackers.
- New Product Development: product testing, benchmark and admin.
- Assist with Customer care enquiries.
- Help customers with product returns or exchanges.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in administrative work and ideally from Beauty retail.
- Interest and understanding of the beauty trade.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised and service minded, can work with multiple stakeholders and projects across different regions.
- Attention to detail, positive attitude and proactive approach.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
