Job Description
This is a full-time virtual (work-from-home) Customer Support contractor position in Mexico. You will be working with English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers in the USA and Canada. We’re looking for team players who bring a desire to have an impact on the organization and are ready to grow into upper-level positions quickly.
Qualifications
You must be fluent in both English and Spanish, tech-savvy, and have at least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales roles serving English-speaking cusotmers. Familiarity with Zendesk Support is a plus. The previous residence in the US is a big plus. Must be able to pass a background check
