Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + 5% annual bonus and 4% merit increases
Location: Mississauga, ON
Position Overview:
This role is available due to maternity leave, with the intention for the candidate to stay on post-maternity and advance within the company.
Hours:
10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (1 day in office)
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (2 days in office, preferred late shift)

Role Responsibilities:
Secure authorization and reimbursement for medical devices.
Manage incoming calls and customer requests efficiently.
Process prescriptions and prepare predetermination letters.
Handle authorization calls with payers and educate sales staff on reimbursement.
Maintain data integrity within SAP and manage patient communications.
Must Haves:
Fluent in English and French
Experience in the Quebec market is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field
Minimum 2 years in customer care/reimbursement
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
Interview Process:
First: HR screening
Second: In-person interview
Third: Meeting with the president (virtually)
