JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Web Content Manager to spearhead the development of our website’s content strategy, ensuring that our web presence consistently exceeds the dynamic demands of the evolving digital landscape. In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction and execution of our website content, directly impacting our brand’s online visibility and user engagement. This position is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging web technologies to deliver outstanding content and user experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Media, Web Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in web content management, content strategy, and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of content architecture principles and their impact on UI/UX.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, web analytics, SEO tools, and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Web Content Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative, multichannel web content strategies that boost our brand’s visibility and enhance user engagement.
  • Website Management: Organize the architecture and content of our website, ensuring a seamless, intuitive user interface that is optimized for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
  • SEO Mastery: Apply advanced SEO strategies using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs to enhance content discoverability and performance across major search engines, focusing on keyword optimization, meta-data, and content structure.
  • Content Management: Oversee the entire content lifecycle from creation to archival across multiple formats (blogs, videos, infographics), ensuring our messaging remains fresh, relevant, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Digital Analytics: Utilize web analytics tools to track website performance and user engagement metrics, crafting detailed reports and strategic recommendations to guide future content initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure that web content is visually appealing, functionally excellent, and strategically aligned with business goals.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, such as AI-driven content creation, incorporating innovative practices into our content strategy to maintain a competitive edge.
