Ideally having previous experience working within an air conditioning, refrigeration, or distribution industry you will have a professional, first-class customer first approach with the ability to confidently work both well in the local team and with colleagues across all FSW branches. You will need to have a good standard of education including Maths and English and will be able to use IT systems including Microsoft Office.
Working closely with the Branch Manager and the team, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships having the ability and desire to help lead, motivate and ensure all staff are trained and coached to reach their full potential.
You will be responsible for ensuring branch opening times are adhered to and staff rotas are fulfilled. This includes monitoring who is on call out and/or standby and always ensuring adequate cover is in place. In addition, you will have an excellent understanding of the alarm systems in the branch.
You will ensure all branch procedures are in place so that customer orders are picked right first time, every time with all necessary checks and deliveries made as per the customer’s and branch requirements.
You will also oversee warranty returns to the head office/supplier, ensuring that the correct process is followed each time. You will also be responsible for the following.
