Tasks
- Analyze and document business requirements and processes to inform software development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Identify, track, and resolve defects or issues through a structured testing process.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to developers and project managers to facilitate continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years as a Business Analyst for software development
- At least 3 years’ experience in banking area but not necessarily CLM or CRM exposure
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with manual testing
- Strong English communication skills is a Must, French is a nice-to-have
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members
