Tasks

• Analyze and document business requirements and processes to inform software development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify, track, and resolve defects or issues through a structured testing process.
• Provide clear and actionable feedback to developers and project managers to facilitate continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years as a Business Analyst for software development
• At least 3 years’ experience in banking area but not necessarily CLM or CRM exposure
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with manual testing
• Strong English communication skills is a Must, French is a nice-to-have
• High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members
