SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce CRM and Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will facilitate the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions while improving team effectiveness through Agile practices. This role requires excellent communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce applications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce CRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in facilitating Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and resolve conflicts.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and provide actionable solutions.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience in training users in technical systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce applications and best practices.

Responsibilities:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide the Salesforce CRM development team and organization in adopting Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Lead discussions and decision-making processes, assisting in mediation and conflict resolution as needed
  • Provide advanced technical knowledge and analysis of Salesforce CRM applications and operational environments.
  • Offer functional solution analysis, design, and integration advice on complex problems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions and processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure stakeholders are proficient in using Salesforce CRM functionalities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of Salesforce solutions, addressing challenges and providing solutions.
  • Primarily remote work arrangement with occasional need for in-person meetings in the DC, MD, and VA area and potential for short term travel to program sites
