We are hiring for Business Consultant (Entity Admin) based in Jersey (Hybrid working 1-2 days a week in office). As a Business Consultant - Entity Admin, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Quantios software for our clients. Your primary focus will be to understand client requirements, configure the software to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operations and maximum utilization of the application.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing and configuring software solutions, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of entity management processes, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements. Preferably with Cosec qualification, eg. ICSA/CGIUKI, MAICSA
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and articulate solutions.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with NavOne, Viewpoint Connect, Viewpoint Engage, efileConnect, TQ Online and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong Entity Management Experience.
- Advantageous and Preferred, but not essential: Qualifications:
- Degree in any field.
- CoSec qualification, eg. ICSA/CGIUKI, MAICSA
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their entity administration requirements, business processes, and operational challenges
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design tailored solutions (if required) within the software, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Configuration and Customisation: Configure and customize the application to meet client specifications, including data model setup, workflow design, user interface customization, and integration with other components in the systems.
- Implementation Support: Lead or assist in the implementation of the software, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Provide timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, system errors, and user inquiries related to the application during the implementation period.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including system configurations, user guides, training materials, and best practices, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure continuity.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and enhancements to meet evolving client needs and industry trends.
- Training and Support: Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients’ end-users and administrators to ensure effective utilization of the application.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders, to deliver successful outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the application by adhering to established standards, conducting testing, and implementing best practices.
