POSITION OVERVIEW

Our Group FP&A team plays a critical role in shaping the financial insights that guide our company’s strategy. If you’re excited to make an impact, work on high-stakes projects, and grow in your career, we’d love to have you join us!
As a Business Controller in the group FP&A team, you will play a vital role in our financial planning and analysis efforts. Working closely with the FP&A Director and the VP Group Finance, you’ll take the lead on budgeting and forecasting and help us improve financial processes across the board. Your analysis will directly support the management team, helping them make informed and strategic decisions. You’ll also help prepare materials for the board, our owners, and the group management team, gaining exposure to high-level discussions.
However, this role is more than just strategic insights - you’ll also need to roll up your sleeves and handle the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly. From data consolidation to process improvements, this position requires someone who’s comfortable switching between big-picture strategy and detailed, hands-on work.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong Excel expertise (knowledge of BI tools is a bonus)
  • Ability to focus on both details and strategy - you enjoy diving into the numbers, but you’re also interested in the bigger picture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

  • LEAD BUDGETING & FORECASTINGYou’ll take the lead on our budgeting and forecasting cycles, making sure we stay on track with our goals and financial plans.
  • FINANCIAL ANALYSISYour insights will directly influence strategic decisions by the management team, with a strong focus on supporting the CFO’s decision-making process. You will also need to roll up your sleeves to work on data consolidation, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy - critical tasks that form the foundation of our financial analysis.
  • PREPARE MANAGEMENT REPORTSYou’ll play an important role in preparing reports and materials for the board, owners, and group management team, giving you exposure to some of the most important financial discussions in the company.
  • DRIVE PROCESS IMPROVEMENTWe’re always looking for better ways to do things. You’ll help identify areas for improvement in our processes and lead process improvement efforts within FP&A function.
