We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing Germany’s (Munich) team to help us grow our international teams based on the best practices in a dynamic environment and work with DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets.
Our manufacturing facilities in Vilnius and Molėtai, Lithuania, not only produce and assemble Teltonika’s devices but also provide external clients with product design and contract manufacturing services, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a complete product. In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to market research, including identify target clients and their needs, find opportunities for market growth.
  • Build relationships with new clients through daily contacting, cold calling, preparing presentations, frequent visits and business case analysis.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales development goals.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings inside country to represent Teltonika EMS electronics manufacturing.
  • Work and report to sales group manager and collaborate with Key account managers for mutual results.
  • Work with internal Customer Relationship Management system and process client information.

What we expect of you:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in a PCBA electronic manufacturing services (EMS) environment.
  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality.
  • The ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering Germany‘s market with electronics manufacturing services from Lithuania.
  • Strong presentation, business communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, organizational proficiency, and expertise in business project management.
  • Full Germany‘s Driving license and access to your own vehicle.
