Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding market presence by developing strategic relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our client can add value to their operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the financial services or VAT recovery sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of VAT regulations and recovery processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other business development tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building and nurturing relationships to understand their VAT recovery needs.
  • Present our client’s services and solutions to prospects, demonstrating the value of their offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and meetings to represent our client and generate leads.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and changes in VAT regulations to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
