Overview:
SurePayroll is looking for high-energy, driven professionals to join our Wholesale organization. Business Development Representatives focus on targeted prospecting to create sales opportunities for Wholesale selling partners. Consult with potential clients, leveraging expertise in SurePayroll product and services to enable clients to thrive leveraging services that meet their specific needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generates appointments for Wholesale sales representatives through daily outbound targeted telephone sales.
  • Builds rapport with prospects by nurturing and conducting engaging conversations
  • Partners with selling representatives to strategically target accounts and identify potential opportunities for SurePayroll Wholesale segment
  • Articulates competitive advantages by highlighting our differentiators and has an expertise in overall value proposition tied to SurePayroll’s Wholesale product and service
  • Effectively manage open opportunities and maintain data updates within the CRM (salesforce.com) to ensure an effective pipeline is being nurtured

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred
  • H.S. Diploma - Required
  • at least 2 years of experience in lead generation, heavy outbound calling. Preferably in SaaS company

Compensation: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay for this position is $19.23 hourly + bonus. Please keep in mind that this is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range
