REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business management or related field.
• Additional Information Technology qualifications will be advantageous
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or process management roles.
• Proficiency in business intelligence and BPM tools.
• Proven project management experience.
• Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., ClickView, Power BI).
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with BPM tools such as ProcessMaker or Oracle BPM.
• Knowledge of SDLC, process modelling, and wireframing tools.
• Ability to analyse data and utilise KPIs for performance measurement.
• Experience in project management, particularly with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
