Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement best in class transport processes to achieve breakthrough business objectives.
  • Drive efficiency and quality in transport operations by delivering cutting-edge modular standards.
  • Continuously improve the business process and systems library for enhanced performance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the transport-IT systems landscape.
  • Recommend and implement innovative process improvements and quality control methods.
  • Monitor and optimize performance indicators to drive continuous process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in transport operations and a proven track record in managing change
  • Proficiency in systems integration, systems analysis, data flow, and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, consulting, change management, and technology trends.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, operations management, and supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, global team
