The Position

BUSINESS SEGMENT MANAGER- CORE LAB

We are now looking for a Business Segment Manager to join our dedicated Commercial Excellence team focused on Clinical Chemistry. As a Business Segment Manager at Roche Diagnostics, you have the ability to influence your own development and you get the opportunity to be the orchestrator of customer development opportunities that improves and optimizes healthcare resources and that delivers and implements the best possible solutions within Clinical Chemistry.
The Business Segment Manager’s main purpose is to create better health outcomes by delivering:
1. Clear support from stakeholders for early implementation of high health impact launches into clinical routine
2. More co-designed and tested win-win opportunities through commercial excellence
Key Job Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years of sales and/or marketing experience within Swedish Healthcare
  • University degree in relevant field
  • Proficient in Swedish and English
  • Strong understanding of clinical laboratory medicine customers/medtech and decision making processes
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system and regional and national decision making
  • Experience in managing relationships with KOLs
  • Overarching knowledge of Roche offering across all customer / disease areas and deep understanding within the designated area for this position
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Project management and informal leadership
  • Experience with common Sales methodology (Miller Heiman, Gold Sheet)
  • No restriction for traveling
  • Located in Sweden, Stockholm area
