As Business Support Specialist, you and your colleagues are responsible for setting up the processes for implementing the new client. Implementing, optimizing, and managing processes operationally and systematically (SAP) Considering customer preferences, feasibility, costs, prior information, and risk of failure in the process Participating in the drafting and optimization of logistics concepts, and creating project plans for implementation Analyzing customer requirements, distinguishing key issues from side issues Implementing proven system optimizations and supporting account managers for a unified customer approach, including reporting.
